Context

SaathOS is a voice-first life-concierge concept for older adults, supported by human operators who help coordinate everyday needs.

The larger product vision covers practical services, accompaniment, community, family communication with consent, and an accessible interface for requesting help.

Challenge

Many older adults and their families coordinate everyday tasks across different providers, apps, and phone calls. Even relatively simple requests can require several steps.

The product challenge is to create one approachable coordination experience without pretending technology alone can fulfil every request.

The website challenge was different: build early interest and understanding without revealing the full product before launch.

My contribution

I worked on product thinking, feature definition, service journeys, audience understanding, early-stage research direction, and the website’s positioning and experience.

The concept emphasises a voice-first assistant with human backup, clear confirmations, realistic service boundaries, and support for Indian language contexts.

Website direction

Rather than creating another healthcare-style website, the landing experience uses warm photography, human storytelling, editorial typography, and a restrained explanation of the idea.

The aim is to invite visitors into an Early Circle or waitlist without making unsupported promises about operational availability.

Where it stands

A defined product direction and pre-launch digital-experience concept that supports research, early interest, and subsequent pilot planning.

The product’s operational success and wider rollout remain to be validated.

What this taught me

A useful AI experience needs operational trust just as much as a good interface.
